What is a bill of lading template
Bill of lading is a document of legal value which is issued for the evidence of the goods being shipped from one owner to another on being purchased. The bill of lading can be considered as a receipt of the purchase and the proof of delivery of goods to the buyer through a carrier. The bill of lading has all the information about the shipment the name and address of the buyer and the transaction details including the mode of payment.

The relevance of bill of lading in real estate is the same as the receipt of the transaction. The bill of lading can also be called as bill of sale.
