Three day eviction notices and their reasons for termination
Tenant rules and regulations may differ with each region but there are certain laws that are constant and uniform throughout the United States and such regulations are important to be known and well understood both by the landlords and the tenants. In case of any conflicts or indifferences, these rules can be referred to. Now in matters of grave issues, there are several kinds of eviction notices that can be handed out.
Causes leading to evictions
There several reasons as to why a 3 day eviction notice is given out. Many of them usually results because of non compliance on the part of the tenants. The causes are many and can happen due to failure of periodic rent payment, violation of any of the rent agreement rules, unlawful and illegal activities on the rented premises, intentional damage to the rented property or unethical behaviour with other tenants or the landlord himself. There are several other causes resulting in eviction notices as well and a three day notice ids usually due to a grave misconduct or violation.
From the point of the tenant, a number of things can be done in the case of a 3 day eviction notice especially if it is due to not paying rent on time. Once the notice ids handed out, the tenant should be able to honour the eviction notice and fulfil the payment by the third day, unless he has a legal basis not to do so and if the rent charged is more then what it should be.
Therefore a clear understanding of all the tenant laws and policies is important for both the parties, to help implement them, if required.
